DO I NEED COACHING?
Let’s star with: you don’t need a coach. That’s right. You don’t need a coach.
You’re already a whole and you have within you everything you need to build the life you want. But what happens is that throughout the way you’ve created blocks.

Coaching is not about random conversations. It is a partnership between coach and coachee and consists of tools, techniques and proven methodologies to support the client in transforming behaviours, mindset and habits.
Coaching is not therapy or counselling. These are very powerful healing practices and even though they also work on the individual, they have their focus on the past. Coaching is future oriented and focused on action taking.

Te liberto
Cansei de drama, de chantagem emocional, de medos irracionais.
Cansei de tentar me encaixar em padrões que eu não criei, de achar que tem algo de errado comigo e que eu preciso me encaixar.
Cansei de buscar amor e reconhecimento em outras pessoas, cansei de esperar o tapinha nas costas, a aprovação, a permissão.
Cansei de achar que outras pessoas tem as respostas pras minhas perguntas, que entendem de mim melhor do que eu. Cansei de me explicar, de convencer, de controlar.
Cansei de querer manipular o tempo, de achar que eu preciso saber de tudo, de que na vida só existe um caminho. Cansei de esperar que os outros me entendam, me aceitem, me amem.
Aprendi que quem tem que me amar, sou eu.
Aprendi que quem tem que me aceitar, sou eu.
Aprendi que quem tem que me achar f***, inteligente, capaz, sou eu.
Aprendi que quem tem que me apoiar, me motivar, me proteger, sou eu.
Te liberto pra ter suas opiniões, te liberto pra seguir o seu caminho, te liberto pra que você seja exatamente quem você é – sem a necessidade de me agradar, de se mutilar na esperança de me fazer feliz.
Assim me liberto pro mesmo. Me liberto pra seguir minha intuição, me liberto pra seguir minha jornada do único jeito que sei: o meu.

ERA MEU ANIVERSÁRIO
ERA MEU ANIVERSÁRIO…
Um conhecido soube que era meu aniversário essa semana e inocentemente me disse:
“ahhh parabéns!! Tá fazendo 22 então ka-ka-ka”
Tipo, era pra ser uma piadinha sabe.
Mas minha reação foi logo dizer: não, é 37, eu amo ter a minha idade
É parte desse processo de ser nossa verdade assumir e amar onde estamos no processo.
Sou muito grata pela Fernanda dos 22, ela era corajosa, sonhadora, curiosa.
Mas amo amo amo amadurecer, evoluir, chegar mais profundo nas minhas partes escondidas, vulneráveis e frágeis.
Ter 37 anos de experiência me faz mais forte, mais resiliente, mais sábia.
Mesmo quando eu não sei o que eu quero, eu sei quem eu sou e quem eu quero ser.
Mesmo quando estou sozinha e carente, eu sei cuidar de mim, pedir ajuda, buscar calor no meu próprio corpo.
Mesmo quando estou com medo, cansada e desestimulada, eu SEI que vai passar.
Só com experiência aprendemos tudo isso e por isso eu digo com todo orgulho do mundo: 37!!!
Honro e amo cada pedacinho da minha história e te convido a entrar nesse processo também.
Numa sociedade que nos exige juventude e beleza eterna, é nossa missão enaltecer, celebrar e apreciar nossa verdade. Caótica, mas rica. Intensa, mas real. <3
MAIS VELHA, MAIS NOVA
Hoje é meu aniversário e estou completando 37 anos. É engraçado porque eu nunca estive tão velha e, ao mesmo tempo, nunca me senti tão jovem.
Percebe que eu não disse que me sinto "nova" e sim "jovem".
Não me sinto "nova" porque já sinto o peso das responsabilidades nas minhas costas, já não busco atalhos e saídas milagrosas pros meus problemas e já tenho uns cabelos brancos me denunciando diariamente.
Mas me sinto, sim, muito jovem. Eu associo juventude à liberdade, possibilidade, leveza e, por incrível que pareça, nunca senti nada disso quando era mais nova. Pelo contrário, eu era extremamente preocupada, não me entendia direito e cultivava uma relação completamente abusiva comigo mesma.
Os desafios da vida continuam aparecendo por aí, mas hoje, o mais velha que eu já fui na vida (rsrs), eu sinto que nunca estive tão preparada pra lidar com as minhas limitações, com os meus medos, minhas resistências. Nunca tive tanta confiança, tanta coragem, tanta força pra encarar, olho no olho, as bordoadas da vida.
Claro que não sou perfeita, longe disso. Continuo tendo muito a aprender e quero crescer, evoluir e transbordar ainda mais nos próximos anos.
Mas a maturidade e a sabedoria que vem com a idade me trazem cada vez mais perto de mim. De todos os anos da minha vida, esse é o que eu me conheço mais, me entendo mais, me aceito mais e, por isso, amo envelhecer.
Então, nesse aniversário, eu celebro minha versão mais madura, mais livre e mais centrada sabendo que, amanhã mesmo, ela será ultrapassada por uma versão futura e mais turbinada de mim mesma.
Obrigada vida, pelos 37 anos que você se expressou através de mim e que a gente continue criando, inventando e se aventurando juntas por muitos mais anos.
